Privacy, terms, and contact

This site collects the information you voluntarily submit through two workflows.

Contact forms. The engagement form on /work-with-josh and the press form on /press collect your email address, the category you choose and the message you write, plus any optional details you add (name, company, phone, budget range, timing, outlet). Each submission is stored in the site's backend (Supabase) and sent by transactional email (Resend) to Josh, with a confirmation email to the address you provide.

AI audit. If you start an AI audit on /ai-audit, the site stores your name, email, role, company, organization size, the AI tools and work systems you list, and your answers about where your time goes. When you submit an audit result, the complete pasted audit output and its validation summary are stored with that intake so Josh can review it. Audit links are sent to you by email through the same providers.

Stored submissions are accessible to Josh through a private, authenticated administration area. Information is used to respond to you and to prepare for the conversation you asked for. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties beyond the providers named above.

The site does not use advertising cookies and does not attempt to identify individuals across sites.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of anything you have submitted, use the contact form and note your request.

This site is informational. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer of services, an investment recommendation, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Consulting, advisory, partnership, and speaking engagements with Josh Rainbow are governed by separate, signed engagement letters between the parties involved. Financing, securities placement, brokerage, fund management and regulated financial advice are not offered.
