Privacy, terms, and contact

This site collects only the information you voluntarily submit through its contact forms — the footer email signup, the engagement intake on /work-with-josh, and the press contact form on /press. Submitted data is transmitted via Resend (transactional email) and stored in Supabase (the site's backend). We do not sell, share, or rent your information to third parties.

Pageviews and basic interaction events may be collected via privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising and we do not attempt to identify individuals across sites.

To request access, correction, or deletion of any data you've submitted, contact josh@futuresummit.ai.

This site is informational. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer of services, an investment recommendation, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Consulting, advisory, partnership, and speaking engagements with Josh Rainbow are governed by separate, signed engagement letters between the parties involved.
